Of anyone would be happy to provide me with a referral code I would be very grateful. A work colleague was going to do it for me but forgot in the pre-break madness and I would like to sign up asap as have now missed January start and so would love to make February!

Ironlights · 22/12/2023 09:33

Sounds interesting

Raspberryjamsandwich · 22/12/2023 09:34

Sorry, could you explain what it is/what's involved?

imp2007 · 23/12/2023 07:49

@Yayhelen this should give you 10% off joinzoe.mention-me.com/m/ns/st3uz-helen-retallack hopefully will work for you.

I'm finding it great so far - basically you start off with some testing which means that once your results are in going forwards it's all tailored to your own personal biology. You have daily lessons pop up in the app and are encouraged to eat foods that are right for you. Each food has a score within the app but nothing is off limits and you learn how to improve poorly scoring foods by combining with other foods. Lots of recipes etc too. I've also joined a Facebook support group there are a couple if you have a search x

@Raspberryjamsandwich sorry tag didn't work second bit was for you! Smile I'm finding it fab so far would definitely recommend- making me much more aware of what I'm eating and I feel the whole family will benefit but I'm not feeling restricted at all.

Hi all, I've just put my sensor on today and day 1 tomorrow. Is that the cookie eating day?! Can't seem to find the info on tomorrow

dinglethedragon · 31/12/2023 20:05

This is the Facebook group to join @SeriouslySomething1 m.facebook.com/groups/1110069442927390/?ref=share

It's got people on it who were very early adopters, lots of people starting now, and lots of people able to give advice about "what to do next" in the process. I'm not going to try as I did all my testing over a year ago, and there have been changes since then.

I love it - especially the never being hungry and losing weight part!
