Anyone got any ideas about this rash? He's fine otherwise. It just came on over the last half an hour. He had a fever at the weekend in the night but not since then. He also had the rash yesterday morning but it cleared up in the afternoon, now it's back again. He's 3 years old.
I've pressed it with a glass and it goes yellow.
