Please help me evaluate my chlorestrol results

Here they are:

Total Chlorestrol - 7.37 mmol/L

HDL - 1.35

Triglycerides- 2.64

LDL - 4.84

I'm a 48 year old, non smoking, rarely drink, vegetarian female.

Something similar in my results. The nurse said individually they were OK but added together they were over the threshold. I was put on statins for 3 months & waiting to be retested. I don't eat red meat, pastries, sausages etc, never smoked, exercise. Sorry not much help to you.

Peri / menopause leads to an increase in cholesterol levels (advice from lipid clinic). I'm on a trial of statins as my total cholesterol has been increasing and is now 7.5
