Sertraline

I have been on 50mg sertraline for just over a month and I seem to have not came on my period I’m now 3 days late I am never late and I also 1000% aren’t pregnant! Has anyone ever had a missed period from taking sertraline as I’m such a worrier and it’s stressing me out

No I’m not on contraception I’ve never missed a period so I’m not sure why and wondered if it had anything to do with sertraline as it’s been since I’ve taken it

Yes I am also on sertraline and I believe it can have an effect on your cycle.

Ah, ok. I was just going to suggest that it may have been that. I was on setraline, and I don't recall it ever messing up my cycle, but everyone's body is different! Have you been stressed at all lately? Change in lifestyle, etc? Sometimes, these things just happen, and it may be your body adjusting to the medication. I wouldn't worry about it, but if your concerns aren't easing off, then speak to your doctor or nurse.

No I haven’t been stressed or changed anything so just don’t understand why it wouldn’t have came this month as I’m always like clock work:(

Tbh, my periods are quite irregular as it is. I'm on the mini pill, and if I miss it by one day, my periods are all over the place, but I don't recall it being any different when I was on setraline.

Has it made you miss any at all?
