Sneezing pain?!

When I sneeze, I have the most horrendous sharp pain in my lower abs area, why is this?! It's an intense, eyes watering 10/10 pain for around 10 seconds!

I have this occasionally, but I know it's highly likely I have adhesions, so the sneeze pulls on them and makes them hurt.

I have endometriosis- didn't think that could be linked but perhaps it is?
