Can a 2 yo take multi vits?

My little one has had a stomach bug (sickness & Diorrhea)so has been off his food lately. Too be honest, even when he is in good health, he is a picky eater and would quite happily live on bread & butter .

Can I give him some kind of vitamins to give him a boost, or is he too young for vits? I worry about him as he's not getting all the essential vitamins he needs.

I am in two mind whether to take him to the doctors about his diet. It's not as if I don't cook healthy food because I do - 5 a day in my house for all of us. It's such a struggle with him though .

you can buy liquid multi vits, suitable for 1year and over. Also chewy ones, a bit like gummy bears.

I thought so, but for some reason I thought there were for over 3's? My DD is 5 so can't remember.

Thanks.

the chewy ones tend to be for over 3's. You can get liquid ones for younger children

Does anyone know of a multivit that contains minerals like zinc, magnesiurm, selenium etc (rather than this the basic A, C, D, E etc) that comes in liquid, preferably drop form that can be hidden? Currently use Dalivit but need the above as well so need to find something new.

thanks
alice
