It felt like a pound coin just materialised in my mouth with a loud clank as it dropped down onto my bottom teeth ...
I froze. Got up and fled to the ladies. Knew exactly what had happened. It had just sheered off, taking the remaining side of my tooth with it.
It was rather pretty, a gold molar shaped piece, so I wrapped it up and put it in my purse, but still dealing with the shock of a sudden giant HOLE where a gold tooth had been.
Thankfully no pain, which I was dreading would kick in.
Got home, looked for it - gone. Must have dropped it. A whole piece of gold. 🥺
Trying to get through to dentist yesterday but constantly on hold 😢
