Pain in side

Since last night I’ve had a really horrible pain in my right side, kind of like where your bra would go and radiating round into my back. It’s like a sharp shooting pain that comes and goes but it REALLY hurts. I have bad health anxiety and in scared to death that I have a blood clot or internal bleeding or something really bad and I’ll die suddenly. I did 111 online and it said look after yourself at home but it hurts! I can’t go to A & E. I have no one to look after my 17 month old and it wouldn’t be fair to take him with me and sit there for hours plus if I need tests I can’t just leave him. I’ve got a GP app this morning regarding my mental health and a plan of action, I could mention it there but they always get so shitty with me about “one thing at a time”. What could it be? Is it likely it is serious or muscular maybe? It’s deffo worse when I move a certain way but sometimes it’s hurting when I’m doing nothing at all. I also do have gallstones but they’ve been wel managed for over a year and this is not Bilary colic type pain, it’s sharp and short but intermittent. Enough to make me wince. The pain is here in the diagram radiating to my back. Please someone just talk me down to try and calm.

Almost certainly muscularskeletal by the way you've described it. Remember that there is no "doing nothing at all" when it comes to your chest - you're breathing, which is still working the musculature. Have you taken any pain relief, ideally ibuprofen if you can?

Yes. I took some ibruprofen and it went away!! I’ve not felt it all day since this morning! How strange! I forgot to mention it at the doctors today because I was too preoccupied with crying because of my blasted anxiety & OCD, it was ever so terrible though, it felt like an electric shock type pain but made me cry!
