Tonight as dd was getting ready for bed, I noticed some small spots around the top of her legs/knicker area. There must be around 6 or so, they're small with a yellowish-type head. dd didn't complain about them, and I didn't notice any yesterday. Any idea what they could be? She doesn't seem to have any anywhere else.

Sounds like molluscum contagiosum which I think is pretty harmless and clears up on its own (DS1's went within weeks but it can be months). It is quite contagious - hence the name - and I think it does tend to appear around the groin area. A trip to the GP should put your mind at rest although they didn't give us anything for it.

molloscum doesn't tend to have a yellowish head on it though does it? it's just skin coloured.

you can get CP twice yes. you;'d know by now if it was though becaus the spots spread pretty quick

If the molluscum get infected through scratching then they can get a yellowish head.
