Endometriosis

I'm on my second month of my TTC journey. Last month after ovulation I got low backache and low stomach cramps (not like period cramps). Very achy. They went away 4 days before my period started. So I thought that was strange. This month I'm experiencing the same thing. From 1dpo I had very little stomach cramps and then from 2-3dpo I've had stomach and backache. I use ovulation strips and have notice the pain always happens after ovulation. I have a bit of a fear that it could be endometriosis and would like to know what endometriosis is like for real women rather than reading Google symptoms.

It can be short sharp sudden bursts of intense pain, lasting just a few seconds, or it can be more long winding aches in abdomen, tops of legs and lower back. Like a dragging sensation. Depending on where it is located can also be very painful before going to the loo.

@Tootsey11 I have more of a dragging sensation. I've never had problems with going to the loo but I've heard that women with endometriosis can have pain during sex. Sometimes it burns for me. I don't have any other symptoms of yeast, bacteria or sexually transmitted infection so maybe it links in 🤔

I've never had burning but yes sharp pain during sex. I would rule out everything else first, as sometimes yeast doesn't have any noticeable symptoms only burning. NHS tests don't always pick it up either. I would do a home test swab, as I find these more reliable.

Just wondered if you've any updates on this as I'm currently experiencing the same!

Awaiting an ultrasound.

I'm wondering if I've cysts?
