how do i get ds tested for allergies privately?

have just googled allergy testing in my area but it's thrown up a whole load of stuff from homeopaths to vega system to Chirokinetic Therapy ? The new allergy buster!

where should I begin to look?

DD was tested by a paediatric allergist (one of only a handful in the country) at Addenbrookes in Cambridge. He was NHS but held private clinics (which we did via health insurance). There is a list here.

fingerwoman - fraid i cant really remember. I think it was somewhere between £100-£200 - sorry. He did skinprick tests - they had key allergens there or you could take specific ones that you were concerned about in.
