Idk if I’m pregnant I haven’t taken a test. Me and bf have been having sex for about three weeks almost and if I’m pregnant it’ll be around a week to two weeks? Now I don’t know what to do, this just happened about an hour ago and I’m freaking out. Idk if it’s just tissue, if I randomly had a miscarriage if that’s even possible at an early stage like this, Or if it’s early pregnancy????? Someone please explain because I’m freaking out now. I had a cervical biopsy done for possible cancer about two months ago but it came back clear so is it just tissue? Did it heal wrong? Is it possible I’m pregnant like idk what’s going on. I’d like to be pregnant not gonna lie but I’m freaking out.

i also thought I started my period today, it was brown at first? Then it went dark red and I’ve been having cramps really bad but not bleeding too much like I normally do ? My cramps also are bad but not as bad as they normally are during my
periods because of my endometriosis

Bad cramps? Look up decidual cast. Never experienced it on my period but it's a very real thing.

I wouldn't expect tissue like that with a couple of weeks miscarriage.

My goodness. I'd suggest seeing a medical professional ASAP and show them what you have in these photos.
I'd suspect you have miscarried but if so that appears to be a fetus that is older than 2-3 weeks gestation.
