I want to be thin and tell my Dad to go feck himself when he next compares me to anorexic dss.

I want to have enough energy to outrun the kids in the summer hols, rather than an excuse for sitting down and eating buns.

To look good in a bikini

To wear my skinny jeans without my thighs looking like cream cheese squashed into a plastic bag

To be somewhere near my pre-pregnancy shape for important family photo in May.

To feel comfortable in my summer wardrobe as I refuse to buy larger sizes.

To lose various aches and pains in my back and hips, resulting from pregnancy and from having a baby the size of a small elephant. I have 90% achieved this one after about 1 month of exercise

To lose my 4-babies-abs-shot-to-pieces muffin top. Have just (today) had my first Pilates session and live in hope it will be gone by the summer. i'm not actually overweight, so if anything it's even more pronounced .

posieflump · 11/03/2008 19:07

to be able to walk into any shop and try on the clothes... preferably in a size 12 but a size 14 would be a start!

To fit in my size 12 jeans
To eat nice food without guilt
To look good and not feel insecure/ jelous when i see women with gorgeous bodies
That I'm not having anymore children so I might as well sort myself out so I can look how i'd like to look while I'm still young!

MoreSpam, I'm doing resistance training to build strength, just exercises using body weight. I got 2 DVDs, one for legs bum etc, one for abs and core from this guy. I am really pleased with them.
Also doing a bit of cardio.

Well not quite yet, but it's just a matter of time before I unleash my perfect butt

spicemonster · 11/03/2008 20:55

Longterm - To go on holiday with my size 10 friends this summer and not be the fat one.

Short term - To go skiing in 3 weeks and fit comfortably into my size 12-14 ski pants (can do this now but want to be slightly more comfy)

BitLessTiredNow · 11/03/2008 20:59

to get down to size 14 before dd's baptism in 3 weeks 1/2 stone to go, and then to be able to run for 30 mins non stop - can only do 3 lots of 10 mins with a breather innbetween each one so far. eventually to be back in my size 12's - not seen since 2nd pregnancy - and have 3 dc's now.
