Red and angry rash

Does anyone have any ideas what this might be please? It literally came up out of nowhere yesterday pm and it’s now spreading. I’ve done an e consult with my GP and waiting to hear back from them, but they are so short staffed that I’m not expecting it to be quick.

it’s not itchy and only a little sore. I realised earlier that I had a similar thing come up on my legs about 3 weeks ago that took ages to go and I put down to using an old razor at the time but now I’m not sure that’s what it was.

It looks a bit like acne, but I’m wondering if it’s a sweat rash from where it is.

Difficult to tell from the photo which is a bit blurred. Are you tired and or stressed? Might it be eczema and you've scratched it because it was itching?

I don’t think it’s acne related but it does look like that. It’s now spread outwards and across. I’ve been using tee tree cream and that seems to be calming it.

I’m majorly tired and stressed, I have some unrelated health concerns going on and it’s all a bit tough right now. Maybe it’s a stress reaction?

could this be shingles? mine looked like that.

I’m vaguely wondering about that, my youngest had chicken pox come out 10 days ago.
