SAD - light box?

I've been feeling really low since the dark mornings and nights began. I go to work in the dark and come home in the dark. Any recommendations for foods or light boxes to help this?

I bought a light box years ago and it definitely helped. I don’t use it currently as I can get a bit more sunlight at the moment.
From memory you shouldn’t use them too close to bed time as the light can disrupt sleep.
I think they are worth buying for those of us who struggle in these darker months. I also had a desk top light that looked like a desk lamp. That was good to have at work for a light boost.

I’m looking at getting one of these as I just feel sad and tired all the time now it’s autumn. The difference in price is amazing thought so I don’t know if it’s worth spending more? Any recommendations would be appreciated x
