My dd1 (5) has chicken pox. The spots are drying up and are scabbing over. Can anyone reccomend a cream to speed up the healing and help prevent scarring ? She is past the itchy stage.

As long as all the spots have come out you can give her Piriton to ease the itching and calamine CREAM is also good as it doesnt dry the spots and make them itch.
