What could this be?

I am, of course trying to get an appointment with my GP, but it's proving impossible at the moment, so I'm wondering if anyone may have any ideas what is up with me and this weird list of symptoms?

I have:

• Frequent migraines and headaches more often than not too
• Constant fatigue
• Various aches and pain from my head to my feet
• Low mood
• I either sleep too much or have insomnia where I get barely any sleep at all.
• Dizziness
• Stomach issues/ sickness (not constantly but fairly often)

I did go down with a mystery virus a few months before covid hit (obviously it wasn't covid as it was in the March before it was a thing) and ended up in hospital, had to have a chest drain, and now have a scarred lung as a result. They never did get to the bottom of what it was and I've never been the same since.

Any ideas would be much appreciated, thanks!

How old are you? Peri menopause did all of these for me

@IDoNotMoisturise Thanks, for some reason I hadn't considered that, and I don't know much about it, but a quick look at the symptoms suggests it might be the case, right down to feeling too cold all the time!

It sounds really similar to my Long Covid symptoms.

@QuestionableMouse See, I did think it could be post-viral fatigue following the weird virus thing I had, but that was years ago now and it's only getting worse. I thought post-viral fatigue got better over time so I'm not sure, but it's interesting it's similar, thanks!
