What can I do for arthritis?

I have arthritis in my toes/ foot. A couple of years ago I had an operation to help it and was told not to run.
I do zumba for 45 mons most weeks, I try to walk 8k steps a day for mental and physical health.
I think it's coming back. I've bought a new pair of trainers for zumba as mine are knackered to support my foot but what else can I do or take to help as I don't want to be back on crutches or give up the little exercise I do.

Do you use orthotic insoles? I have some from the hospital podiatrist due to arthritis, expecting to have midfoot fusion in the future.

Really good insoles are key. I have arthritis in my big toe joints, and the insoles I have (collapsed forefoot ones) take the weight off it amazingly

I had a GP referral to Orthopaedics where I was seen by the podiatrist who made the insoles for me. I'm in Cardiff, I know health boards vary.
