I have horrendous murderous feelings towards those I love dearest for at least a week beore my period. And I eat round the clock them too. It has got really bad in the last few years, since my ds (4) was born, I would say. But I think the stresses of being a parent make it worse!

I was only thinking about this subject today and wondering what MNers opinions would be! I literally feel like punching my poor DH in the face and he can do no right in the week/ten days before my period. This has definitely been worse since DS3.

Is there anything that can be done about it?

hiya - I started a thread about this recently
www.mumsnet.com/Talk/138/486832

and was given lots of advice on what to take to make the anger go

It's vile isn't it. on a good month only a couple of days on a bad month is can last up to 2 weeks.

Years ago when I was on the pill I only had 1 week a month where I was pms free, I seriously started worrying about my sanity.
Agnus Castus (sp) is supposed to be very good, I've got some, just can't remember to take it.

Thanks Beaniesteve for the previous thread. Am so glad it's not just me. I will be off to the chemists tomorrow to buy everything!
