Balancing hormones after stopping birth control

I was on the contraceptive pill for 6 months and stopped taking it because it didn't suit my body. Now it's been another 6/7 months since I've stopped taking them but I get so many pms symptoms that I didn't used to get before. Its especially concerning this cycle because 2 weeks before my period I started getting symptoms such as dry mouth, headaches and breast tenderness. I got my period and am finished with it too but I still have these symptoms. I want to know how I could balance my hormones as quick as possible

By balancing your blood sugar. Eat three meals a day with protein, nothing high carb or sugary that will spike your blood. Avoid fizzy drinks. Low carb or intermittent fasting also good options.

I've been taking Conceive Plus Detox tablets..you can buy these from Amazon. They help flush out the pill from your system. It seems to have worked for me.
