Identify this mark?

Can anyone help with what this strange mark on my foot might be?

It is not raised, it is not itchy and I have had it months.

I hoped it would go away, but it hasn’t. It doesn’t seem to be changing in size at all. It seems too trivial to bother my GP with.

Ringworm? Go to the pharmacy instead of the GP

Granuloma annulare? If so there's not much they can do. I have it, same place, and it comes and goes. Worst case it spreads but usually isolated. Looks like ringworm but not itchy or infectious.

I was also going to suggest ringworm.
Get anti fungal cream from the pharmacy for it.
