Recently moved to the US. we picked up some eggs about 3 days ago (taken from the fridge) and I forgot to put them back in the fridge when I got home. I just had scrambled eggs. What are the chances I’ll be sick?

Oh OP, I'm with @ComfyBoobs here. For me the line about having recently moved to the US was actually you signalling that you hadn't got a support network yet to ask and had come to Mumsnet to get help. I would have answered as if it was asked by a UK based poster because I had no idea about the US egg issue, not to antagonise or annoy you. I expect many other posters replied in the same vein for the same reason and you replied with rudeness and frustration when you were misunderstood. But you do you.

OP you've probably given up on the thread by now, but I was used to not putting eggs in the fridge after living in UK, so I didn't when I moved to the USA either - for at least a couple of years, until I realized it was different there. You'll be fine - like PP say, a bad egg is very obvious.
