White patch on inner cheek and tongue

Hi,
Any idea what these could be? They've been here for months and I'm not sure what they are or if they could be dangerous??
Picture of the tongue but inner cheek not easy to photograph!! Only on one side on my cheek so may be cheek chewing even though I'm not sure I do

What does your dentist say?

Dentist didn't mention tongue but was concerned about white on cheek. She did say it could be from cheek chewing and I said yes but then later realised that's not where I chew!
