Should I pop this? Pic attached

I thought I had a paper cut on my finger on Saturday but it developed into a tiny blister yesterday. Today it's grown (and still growing) and really sore.

Think it would be best to pop whatever it is and put a sterile dressing on it or just leave it ?

Obviously not a dr but I would just leave that alone for the time being. It definitely doesn’t look like something that will pop.

A blister forms to protect the skin underneath. I'd cover it if you're likely to catch it and monitor it.

Stick a plaster on it and wait. I must admit, I'm a tiny bit disappointed, I was hoping to see a pus-filled carbuncle 😂
