What’s in your first aid kit?

I’m refreshing our first aid kits. We have four - house, car, out and about and workshop. The first three have all the standard things in but DH is an artisan and has been known to catch a falling angle grinder by the blade before now so the workshop one is a bit more heavy duty. What have you found useful? What are your secret tips? My top tip is heavy flow cotton faced sanitary pads for bleeding.

I think there was one in the car when we got it but I've never opened it.
I have a box of plasters in the kitchen cupboard and some paracetamol.

I have tough cuts scissors in my outdoors one, they can cut through waterproofs wetsuits etc if quickly need access e.g for a defibrillator.
