tips for picking up after being run down

hello

I've been unusually tired, ratty, down in spirits plus got a nasty bout of thrush last week... obviously run-down. Apart from stuffing myself with fruit and veg (I note the 10-a-day thread) what can I do? can anyone recommend a good multivitamin.

will go and see GP too for a blood test - I have a low thyroid condition. but usually this is under control.

I think I am just run-down

I am hypothyroid too. I usually find an early night does the trick. But then I don't have dc young enough to interrupt my sleep.

Hi time4tea, sorry to hear you're feeling run-down. I find that plenty of water through the day helps me. And also giving up alcohol for a few days. I normally have a glass or two of wine of an evening, but if I don't I get much better quality sleep.
