Is this acne?

I'm 40 and I have never had great skin suffered from acne till my late 20's and then my skin cleared up. Now I have this which I'm not sure if it is acne, it is on my cheeks and spreads to by my eyebrows. There are no big spots just small little red lumps.

Not regular acne

Could well be rosacea especially coming on in 40s.

@minipie I thought rosacea or possibly lupus rash but I read that affects the bridge of nose and mine does not reach there.

This looks like rosacea to me. Do you find your checks flushing OP? I have rosacea which presents with flushed cheeks and flare-ups of bumps. I’ve been using a Skin & Me cream for about a year now and it’s made such a difference. I also know what my triggers are and try to avoid them if I can. You have my sympathy, but if it is rosacea, the right treatment will make such a difference.

@Ypsilanti no flushing or flare ups it looks like this all the time. Think I will book a GP appointment.
