So I posted few days ago.
I’m not pregnant but managed to get a big thrombosed pile out of the blue . It started last Wednesday. Got worse over Thursday and was in agony the Friday . I went to the GP the Friday , got given sheriproct. Now , I think I had three clots inside that bigger than a grape pile. I could see three bluish areas. One in the middle popped and scabbed over . It’s still scabbed but less painful. The one at the top feels softer. I felt a lot better Monday and yesterday afternoon. I then had a loose bowel movement ( all the movicol) and it started again being painful last night . Now there is a spot at the back of the grape which is still bluish, extremely tender , hard …I’m sure is another clot . I’m sure things slid out with the diarrhea..

i honestly had enough. I feel like I need my anus to be stretched and be bigger .
i had piles before , when I was 20 but I used to be very constipated back then , then after my first pregnancy I had piles and a stubborn fissure which required an operation where the slightly cut the sphincter to let it relax and heal ..it’s been 6 years of being okish…very very mild issues and now it’s dreadful 🙈🙈

had anybody been through it ? How long to feel better ? Tomorrow is the last day I can take the sheriprioct but I don’t think it does much for the clot itself …going back to gp tomorrow as I will need a sick note. I cannot physically stand for more than 10 minutes and at work I’m on my feet for at least 12 hours .
sorry for the rant but can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel here . No one understands how excruciating they are 😩

I do, I had them in pregnancy and they were excruciating. I remember sometimes a warm bath with Epsom salts helped a little but getting in or out of the bath could be a bit painful in itself. Do you have a cushion for sitting on around the house? That will help as well coz it takes some pressure off. They are a horrid thing to have and it's hard coz they can be difficult to talk about for some people. Sorry you're going through this.
