Using wrong word

Have noticed I keep using the wrong word eg today vs tomorrow or broccoli vs cauliflower etc

Seems to be getting more frequent and not sure I always catch it.

Is this just general wear and tear/peri menopause type symptom or should I get it checked out? Am late forties.

I do this when my B12 injection is running out!

I called a magpie a penguin the other day, I knew it was a black and white bird though😀

I just cannot think of the names for things but once I have my jab I am ok again

Thanks Idonotmoisturise. That’s interesting. Maybe I should take a good vitamin supplement!

I've always blamed my fibro brain fog for this, although I tend to use descriptions rather than a totally different word, eg a horse is thing with hooves, a cat is furry thing with teeth, orange is not a banana. What's more scary is my DD totally understands me 😯

Another symptom of fibro is tingling and pins/needles sensations which is the same for low b12. Hmmmmm....🤔
