Any ideas what this could be?

Itchy rash on my inner thigh. Started last night and I've noticed bruising now too that is purple. It's all very itchy? Any ideas? Many thanks

You look like you’ve been bitten, and then where you have been itching you’ve bruised.

I had similar happen on my chest once, I had an itch and I didn’t think I’d itches it that much but it came up in a purple spotty rash that I thought look meningitis like, I went to the GO and they said it was nonspecific bruising and likely just from itching. Inner thighs are super tender too!

To the left of the photo it looks similar to what I have had previously when new stretchnarks have developed. They can be itchy!
