Hello I am considering having 3 dental implants well starting the process probably half way through my maternity leave the gaps have been there years so I imagine I will need bone graft and sinus lift- concerned how I will manage a sinus lift you are not supposed to bend over for 6 weeks when I will have two small children and a dog to care for. Please share your experiences and stories. I have also heard you are not supposed to sneeze after.

My husband is a dentist. I’ve heard him telling patients to take it easy for a couple of days and to keep their mouths open when they are sneezing after a sinus lift but nothing as extreme as no lifting for 6 weeks. I’ve seen lots of patients have it done with no issues.
