Bad posture/use of DSE causing collarbone zaps?

Anyone ever get weird zaps near their collarbone right side, sort of where it sticks out near the shoulder? I can never recreate it but it will happen randomly e.g. if I'm in the car, changing gear, leaning on the kitchen counter on my left elbow (so body pushing stuff over to the other side pinching a muscle or something?) if I move my head a certain way, when i crossed my arms and leaned against the car the other day, never if I'm sat normally. Have noticed it maybe happens more when I've had a stint WFH using my shit desk and shit chair. I also sit like a letter S on the sofa using my ipad on the arm of the chair o right hand side.

It's sort of painful for literally a second, doesnt ache, isn't constant, it's almost like a crampy feeling for 1 second. All at the front, doesnt feel deep.

Cba going to gp waiting 5 years for a referral for physio etc. Sooo do I need a chiropractor? Acupuncture? Osteo? Goes without saying I'll be sorting desk etc out too!

I’ve done a lot of research and I think it’s nerve pain from compression between the first rib and collarbone.

unfortunately I have it on both sides multiple times a day now and I’ve overthought it so much I can’t work out if it’s because I’m trying to improve my posture/pulled a muscle/slouching/not moving enough. I’m miserable.
