Unexplained bruising

In 24 hours this is how worse my bruising has gotten, 111 just telling me I'll get an appointment within 3 days without even seeing a photo of it, should I go to a&e or at I being dramatic. Never experienced this so I have no idea what to do. I would have certainly noticed if I had hurt myself to cause bruising this bad..

You posted this earlier and said you were off to A&E, did you go?

Still here unfortunately didn't arrive until 6 so I could switch over with my partner to have the kids, waiting around just getting some insight while I wait😴
