Tailbone or herniated disc

for 8 weeks now I have not been able to sit on my sofa and just relax 😢I really thought it was due to an 20 year old herniated L5-S1 disc but I'm starting to think it's not. I don't have any back or leg pain that I usually have with the herniated disc on the rare occasion it flares up, instead this feels lower more near the tailbone going in between my bum cheeks. I've been away for a week, no pain whatsoever, I came home and sat on my sofa for less than a minute and the pain came back immediately. I don't have the same problem if I sit on my office chair, so I realise it must be my sofa but does this mean I can never sit on it again?! Overall the pain makes my tailbone and bum bones ache too ( I don't know what they're called) and also gives me a bit of pain in the inner leg groin area. Anyone ever suffered the same? I also can't sit on the floor, that really does give me pain in the small of my back. I've been doing some gentle stretches by a physio but no improvement tbh.
