I’ve also got the flushed face, as have my DS and DH. They have convinced themselves it’s got something to do with central heating being on, but I’m not convinced as feel properly ‘sunburnt’ and skin is sore. Also, heating has barely been on!

Anti histamines not touching the sides. I did wonder if it might be Covid.

My DS has just left for school and his whole face is bright red (not just cheeks like slapped cheek, which we have had before). So weird! Anyone else?

I was going to suggest Rosacea but seems strange you've all developed flushing at the same time. I have rosacea and it's always worse/more reactive in the cold months due to the extremes in temperature changes like entering a house with central heating on after being really cold outside.

As a child before a rosacea diagnosis I was always susceptible to getting a red face easily due being really pale, in my mid 20s I was then diagnosed with rosacea.
