How old is she ll, what imms has she missed. There are a lot more cases of measles, scarlet fever around at the moment.

loopylou6 · 08/03/2008 10:51

she is nearly 4, its the mmr's that shes missed

You really must think seriously about the mmr, especially being a girl and the importance of rubella re pregnancy etc.
But back to today - looks viral, just loads to drink, paracetamol, ibuprofen , keep her as cool as poss. If anything else or getting worse then probably best to call you ooh's Gp.
is it itchy at all.

loopylou6 · 08/03/2008 11:00

Thanks LB, i know i need to think about the mmr, i got scared after watching my friends little boy deteriate after the mmr, but i know i need a good chat with the gp about it i think. Not sure if its itchy, sometimes she has a quick scratch but its not all the time, are viral rashes itchy? not had to deal with one before
