Help pain in nipple

Slacker boob which I haven't fed from for months is aching. Its hard to describe. Best way i can describe it is that it feels very sensitive like when you get cold but it hurts. My boob in itself looks okay and my nip doesn't looks sore, red or inflamed.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have never given birth or breastfed, so I can't say anything about that aspect.

Could you have accidentally squashed/pressed your breast against something, so that the nipple is sore from that?

I think you should probably ask a doctor about this.

Thank you for your reply. Definitely not squashed it. Definitely will go to the doctors if it doesn't get any better. Definitely hasn't got any worse just v irritating
