It's bum and vag related (sorry) but I need advice!

TMI post for sure but not sure how to word this nicely!
I'm 35, 2 dc born by csec and in good health, fit, active etc.
I've had piles a few times over the years, nothing terrible.
Anyway on Saturday I was stood up all day from 2pm till 2.30am, at a party and dancing till the early hours and didn't sit barely at all. Yesterday I woke up and felt like I had piles, potentially bought on from being on my feet all day. Bought suppositories, used a couple throughout the day. Went to bed last night.
Woke at 3am in the most excruciating pain. The pain is inside my bum, not outside. It's like someone is twisting a knife. The pain is spreading to my tummy and down my legs.
I was up till gone 5am, taking pain killers, wedging cold tissue in my bum crack before I finally fell back to sleep.
Woke up this morning in a little less pain, but still in pain particularly in my lower back area.
I'm also getting a constant really light vaginal secretion now which I never have. My pants have been damp all day.
Fully aware that this is all TMI but I don't know what to do! If I go to the drs they're going to want to look at my bum aren't they 😪 and I'm really uncomfortable with that. But I am marginally concerned that these symtoms are odd for piles. I've not told anyone IRL. I'm really embarrassed.
Anyone on here that's experienced similar or is qualified to tell me what to do/what it could be I'd be so grateful.
Thanks

For God's sake, go to the doctor! And if the pain you experienced last night returns, go to A and E.

You haven't got anything they haven't seen before! Seriously, it might be something minor but it could be serious. You don't want to end up with a worse problem.

Write down details so you can share them with the doctor. Keep a diary of your problems, what time of day the pain begins, exactly where it is, how long it lasts, whether you see rashes or other marks, and so on.

Go to the doctor asap. If there is pain and blood when passing stool and pain after, you may have an anal fissure. You may also have an infection causing the secretions. Presumably doctors saw your body when having c-sections / babies, this is no different. If it is stoping you going, ask for a female GP.

I’ve been having some weird bum/vag symptoms myself recently and I finally plucked up the courage to go the GP this week. I was really surprised by how easy it was. I thought I’d be mortified but it was actually not embarrassing at all - even when she stuck her finger up my bum! It was all very matter of fact, no worse than a smear test. Honestly, go to the GP, it won’t be that bad, and you’ll get an answer instead of worrying about all the possible things it could be.

If one of your DCs came to you and told you the same symptoms, what would you tell them to do?

Go to the doctor! x

Could you be pregnant? Ectopic pregnancy can cause rectal pain
