Does anyone that can't eat gluten also have problem with the barley, and the wind that shakes the barley if you get me.

I don't have coaeliac but I get really bad wind and distention when I eat wheat, is barley the same for anyone else with this intolerance?

Barley has gluten in it, surely?

People that don’t eat gluten wouldn’t eat barley because it contains gluten.

Gluten is in wheat, barley, rye, spelt and kamut.
