I'm going to go to my GP again, but this is what has happened and what I'm experiencing:

Total hysterectomy 7 years ago, was very poorly after. On HRT, same dose for 7 years.

Since then on and off I've had the following, and for the last 12 months it's all been awful and I just never ever feel well. This coincides with my mum passing away.

Kneck pain.
Pain in hands and fingertips.
Shoulder pain
Leg pain, radiates down my legs.
Pain in feet.
Pain in sinus, and top teeth right sided only (this drives me mad)
IBS (diagnosed during Covid)
Pain near gallbladder.
Bones under my bottom ache constantly.

I've had blood tests that were normal, an abdominal ultrasound and CT, nothing sinister other than IBS. Dentist has ruled out teeth issues.

The pain is pretty much constant now, it often wakes me up and while it's not agony, it's very unpleasant and almost like an annoying alarm going off in my body.

I have my own thoughts which is fibromyalgia, but can I say this to my GP and what will they do.

I'm 54, HRT patches, iron and vit D supplements. No exercise and no diagnosed MH. I work FT in busy sometimes stressful job.

Firstly I’d question if your HRT needs increasing. I’d also be wondering about ferritin particularly. And have they checked for arthritis ?
Do you have any family history of anything ?
Then I’d add in vit B complex, a good quality omega 3, and I’d swap your vit D for D3 and K2.
Then you to get moving and do some exercise, get outside and go for a walk at least. Good for MH and the body.

Is there any opportunity to go part time, even dropping a day ?

Those symptoms all sound like Fibromyalgia with tendinopathy in various areas in (re: sitting bone pain) to me which i have. Do you have any pain in your hips?

Yes sometimes, I just ache all over to be honest. The sitting bone pain is constant as I sit all day for work.

The aching all over sounds very familiar and typical of fibro. but could also be something else. You are right to start with your GP who perhaps will refer you to Rheumatology.
Do you experience a burning feeling where your muscles ache the most sometimes or like it's being scrapped with sand paper? does the bottom pain ease off after you haven't been sitting for a while? how is you sleep, does the aching all over affect your getting comfortable to sleep?

Have you had a full blood test? Are you taking the iron and vitamin D because they are low or just because you suspect they may be? Best to get them run. Low B12, for example, would not be helping the symptoms you describe, but similar symptoms can be caused by too much iron as well as too little. You say job is stressful - are you burned out at work?
