Dents in boob

Can "dents"/ dimples be from bra straps. And if they are from something nasty are they solid/lumpy?.

Please don't take offence if Im being dramatic about something minor, I'm a hypochondriac but there is family history of cancer and two with breast cancer so thought better I check. I do apologise if I've upset anyone.

So a good friend just passed away from cancer so I thought I'd check my boobs. Basically I had this petichae rash for a few years. Ive been to drs about it two years ago maybe? And they said it looked like eczema, not sure if it's relevant really but it doesn't go and it's always on that one boob. I thought at first it was from my boy climbing as he always elbows you in the boob but it's jsut always there. Like burst blood vessels under the skin. It's not that noticeable but up close (and from me looking down). She gave me a breif exam there but said everything was OK) About six months ago he climbed over me and it was very painful, but only on one boob it was red hot and burned so much I had to push him off, but it happened a few times when he's just lay on me ( he's autistic and it's a sensory thing for him, generally not painful) We assumed he'd given me like a friction burn on it. It's been simularly burny sometimes when I've leant over the bath. My periods have always been irregular and since putting on mroe weight over covid and my mum being ill just after it they seem to be scarce, so i assumed it was hormonal with my boob being painful.

I noticed when checking that I seem to have indentation on the side of my boob and under arm. Now I'm very overweight and my boobs are big but saggy lol, so I often struggle with bras. So 8m wondering if maybe it's the wire of the bra that or cellulite, dents from rolls of fat etc rather than something to be concerned about but thought I'd pick Brains here first. They aren't that obvious exept under certain light, not deep but there's definately dents there. The areas are not painful, I've only just noticed them so not sure if they were there before or not.

I am gonna go to drs about it ASAP, I've got an appointment for something seperate next week so i might mention it there. I have a fear of drs though as last time I was laughed at by a consultant before he realised he was wrong when he checked my ultrasound, and usually our drs blame everything on weight or other issues (my nan had leukemia and they said it was anaemia and depression for context) so just wanted to make sure I'm not gonna be laughed and warrants another look at?.

Sorry I posted it and as I did saw there was a tick box for sensitive photo 🤦

Any anomaly like this is worth getting checked out, so do mention it at your appointment, as well as the burny sensation. You'll likely get sent for testing (mammogram etc) pretty quickly thereafter. Best to get this checked than not.
