I started off with a throbbing toothache Monday it was bearable but since Wednesday I've now got severe pressure and very painful area under my nose more like gum area it went swollen but I managed to get rid of that bit but the pain has flawed
Me actually made me cry on several occasions yesterday I had cheek pain aswell I've booked the dentist emergency but scared I've had to overdose on pain relief for 2 days and I can't eat or sleep anyone else had this

There are loads of nerves there, so the pain can be felt all over - I once went to GP with ear infection which wasnt, it was pain from a tooth

It's not a good idea to overdose on painkillers, but probably won't do any harm for a couple of days

Glad you've got in with emergency dentist

It sounds like an abcess, pain relief wise I would take Co-codamol & then Ibuprofen two hours later. You can only take 8 Co-codamol in 24 hours & up to 2400mg of Ibuprofen, so 600mg 4 times a day. You need an emergency dental appointment & probably antibiotics.
