I’ve started to get very white fingers after running outside.. doesn’t hurt and resolves after a few minutes getting really warm again.
im going to try gloves and more layering but anyone found anything else that works for them?

If you’ve just started to get this then I would just go and get checked out. NHS advice is if you’re over 30 and getting symptoms for the first time to see your GP .

Otherwise for running then I find some super thin gloves work ok I’m this westher. If it goes to your feet as well then the type of socks didn’t matter but wearing long legs seemed to keep the circulation better and making sure proper size trainers with enough space for foot to expand on impact.

I've found a huge improvement in my Raynaud's since taking up cold water dipping a few years ago. I usually go in the sea but turning the shower to cold for the last 30 seconds of my shower has the same effect. I do it at least twice a week and my circulation has really improved.

There's medication you can get from your GP.

I was told to layer up, so not one thick pair of gloves but a few thinner pairs
