I am 52. Ignoring the menopause (I am through it now following a chemically induced menopause a few years ago)
I have noticed both my deep sleep and my rem on my fitbit are increasingly short (like an hour or less in total for each every night).
Has anyone taken and can recommend one of the many sleep tonics/tablets on sale these days?
I have tried magnesium and the CALM app. Zero problem falling asleep, big problems staying in either of deep or rem sleep.
