Your Red cell count could just be high due to dehydration. The cells are counted by measuring the number in a certain volume or space. If you are dehydrated there is less liquid between the cells therefore the count goes up because more cells can pack into a tight space. Your actual number of cells could just be falsely elevated. Your haemoglobin level is normal which is good. If you are still worried it might be a good idea to go and talk to your doctor. I'm hoping since you have had your results back they will hopefully discuss them soon but please try not to worry until then!
