Period late and vomiting. Not pregnant

I've got some weird symptoms atm and I am not really sure if they're related to each other...I'm 38 and I do have gallstones. They haven't given me too much trouble apart from some grumbling pains now and then. Anyway what's going on now:

My period is a week late. I felt really like I was going to come on for a few days during the week but nothing appeared.
I have randomly vomited twice (once in morning, and last night I woke from my sleep to be sick)
I've been having back pains on and off at night
Some low level pain on my left and right side under my ribs (usual for me with gallstones)
Quite bloated with a lot of flatulence and loose poos (again not unusual for me)

Does anyone have any ideas?! I'm not even sure if it's worth going to the doctor or just waiting it out to see if it all resolves itself. I've just taken a pregnancy test and it was negative so it's not that.

Oh I should have added. Both times I was sick I'd had a small amount of alcohol a few hours before. I'm a bit worried about my pancreas but I have no fever or jaundice and the ultrasound technician said it looked fine when I went to have my upper abdominal scan for gallstones last year.

That sounds like a gall stone attack to me, all the symptoms sound very familiar. I'd go get checked out incase it gets worse.

Alcohol is so bad for gallstones, I've learnt from experience.
