How much do I need to worry

I‘ve had breast pain for two weeks. Only one side.

Ultrasound didn’t show anything.

I have a mammogram on Wednesday. I’m only 37.

Personal experience is welcome, positive or negative.

I‘ve been crying all day. I know it might be nothing. But I can’t help but think of two
of my friends who for them, this was the beginning of the end. They both left behind two lovely children. Please please don’t let that be me.

I had a lump I felt that was sore on and off and was seen at the quick-breast-clinic they run here. The dr told me straight away that it was a good sign that it hurt and it was good news. I had a cyst and nothing more sinister.

The chances are it will be something benign, but having lost two friends like that no wonder you are worried.

Just stay off google and keep reminding yourself that statistically it’s not going to be anything nasty. And reach out for some support. So sorry you’re going through this.
