Anyone been on this for weight loss? Would love to hear your experiences- at what point and dose (if at all) did weight loss occur?

Look on the weight loss forums on here. There’s lots of threads about this for support/info.

hey, i started on ozempic 3 weeks ago. I had a BMI of 34, my relationship with diet and food has always been up and down with nothing ever sticking so i wanted to try it. first week i lost 7 pounds, but this was along with a healthy diet, lots of protein and 3 x low intensity workouts a week, second week i lost 3 pounds and now on my third week at 0.25mg. there's a lot of threads on here which i have found interesting to read. if you want actual facts though and science lead information i would suggest the Zoe podcast on spotify which has a good episode on the use of Ozempic. i have found so far (and i appreciate it is still very early days) that it quiet all of the 'food noise' that has been in my head. i listen to my body more intuatively and find that i don't crave junk food as much. i'm not sure how sustainable it is, given the cost, but if cost wasn't a factor and i continue as i am i would definately want to stick with it.

Where do you guys get them from? Trying to find a good price and know UK Meds have some in stock now. Let me know what you think.
