Tooth pain.. Neuralgia?

Hey!

So since December last year I’ve had a throbbing/aching/pulse sting/vibrating feeling in my front central bottom teeth (4 lower ones)

it lasted around 3 weeks and stopped until Feb this year. It then came back again for a few weeks and disappeared and then returned again in May. By this point I went to see a dentist convinced it was dental related. I had X-rays and a check up and everything is completely normal and healthy.

no signs of grinding or anything.

she said if it didn’t go in a few days to come back. But sure enough it stopped. However last week it’s started again.

what on earth could it be? I’m not in pain but I’m very aware of the feeling and it’s bloody annoying.

could it be neuralgia? But I’ve read people are on agony?

of not, what else? I’m probably going to have to call the doctors because it seems every 3/4 months it’s returning…

I do suffer with my sinuses. And always have… but this is a first for this pain…

Tmj grinding teeth ?

It will be your sinuses - I am a fellow sufferer.

I am thinking that. But I didn’t feel bunged up or anything at the time.

it’s stopped now. But I know it’ll be back in a couple of months again. It’s so annoying and uncomfortable

I've similar for over two years. Not painful but aware of the sensation 24/7. Been to dentist numerous times and had x-rays taken but no cause was found.

I clench and grind my teeth and wear a night guard to sleep but no improvement.
