Doxycycline and milk

Hi,

Are there any pharmacists/doctors that could help me?

I have just finished taking 3 weeks' worth (twice a day) of doxycycline after bullseye rashes (7 of them) appeared on my legs.

Problem is, I'm only just learning that the internet says that these antibiotics shouldn't be taken with dairy products. I took my morning antibiotic straight after my breakfast, which is a bowl of weetabix with milk.

Does this mean my antibiotics weren't absorbed? There was nothing in the leaflet in the box to say that dairy products shouldn't be eaten with the antibiotic. I really don't fancy 3 more weeks of antibiotics!
